Your main index page must have a Google Page Rank of at least 1, we do not exchange links with PR0 sites because we do not have the time to check if the site is banned in the search engines.

Your site must be a quality site and not engage in any blackhat activities or contain spam.

We do not exchange links with subdomains.  We consider a link exchange to be for life and we regulary check our partners are reciprocating, if you remove our link then we will remove yours and add your site to our blacklist on our network.  Our link must not be on a page containing more than 50 link partners.
